G Series FRL Units

G-platform air preparation components covering filtration, pressure regulation and lubrication. Compare standalone units and combinations by flow, port size and drain configuration.

G Series FRL Units
Selection overview.

G-platform air preparation provides GF filtration, GR regulation and GL lubrication individually or in assemblies. GFR integrates filtration and regulation; GFC and GC add lubrication in different layouts.

Confirm the product-specific operating limits and dimensions for the selected series before use.

Specify the details
that affect fit and function.

Choose the functional layout

Use GFR for combined filtration and regulation, GFC for GFR plus GL, or GC when separate GF, GR and GL components suit the layout and maintenance plan.

Match body size and connections

Check the full model and port size. Bowl capacity and weight change by body size; a shared nominal port does not establish a shared mounting envelope.

Check gauge and adjustment access

GFR and GR include an embedded gauge arrangement. Confirm the gauge option, reading direction, adjustment access and machine clearance.

Confirm the operating envelope

Provide inlet pressure, desired outlet pressure, air demand, temperature and drain type. Confirm the final limits and flow data for the exact configuration.

Include in your requirement

  • Required air flow
  • Port size and thread
  • Inlet and regulated pressure
  • Filtration grade
  • Drain arrangement
  • Lubrication requirement
  • Available installation space

Select flow at the required working pressure and allowable pressure drop. Confirm drain type, bowl protection and mounting dimensions for the chosen model. Replacement dimensions and accessories require model-specific confirmation.

Questions about g series frl units.

How do GFC and GC differ?

GFC uses GFR and GL. GC uses separate GF, GR and GL components.

Does bowl capacity establish air flow?

No. Bowl capacity helps plan servicing. Check flow capacity at the actual operating pressure and allowable pressure drop.

What is needed for a replacement?

Supply the full original code, thread, port orientation, bracket dimensions, gauge position and bowl clearance. Compare the installation drawing before approval.

Which drain should I choose?

State maintenance access, condensate load and whether the circuit runs continuously or is regularly depressurized. Confirm the drain option for the exact model.
