Packaging machines.
Coordinate every air circuit.
Review indexing, pushing and positioning duties with the actuator, valve, air preparation and connections that serve the machine sequence.

Illustrative context, not a customer installation.
Let the machine cycle
guide the components.
A packaging line can repeat short positioning movements while several actuators share the same air supply. The required load, stroke and timing belong in the same review as the valve function, port connections and available mounting space.
Start with compact cylinders where installation length matters, or review standard cylinders for the specified motion and mounting arrangement. The guide does not assign a universal cylinder size or cycle rate. JEMWON combines its own fittings and tubing production with component sourcing from a network of 10 supplier factories.
Resolve the cycle and installation together.

Motion, load and stroke
Describe whether the component indexes, pushes, positions or clamps. Provide the moving mass, contact force requirement, direction, stroke and mounting orientation. Show external guides and end stops; a cylinder photograph cannot define the complete load path.
Cycle timing and simultaneous demand
State the required sequence, move and dwell times, and which actuators operate together. Record the available air pressure at the machine during peak use. Valve flow, tube restriction, exhaust and cushioning all belong in the review; a nominal port size alone does not establish cycle performance.
Mounting and changeover space
Provide the mounting pattern, rod-end connection, extended and retracted envelopes and the space needed for adjustments. Include product-size changeover positions and connector access where a bracket or guard limits the available area.
Valve and air-line arrangement
Mark the selected valve function and normal state on the pneumatic schematic. Identify coil supply, manual override requirements, manifold or individual mounting, exhaust route, tube outside/inside diameter and the relevant port thread standard.
Operating environment
State ambient temperature, moisture, cleaning chemicals and any required washdown or food-contact conditions. Standard catalog imagery does not establish food-contact suitability, corrosion resistance, ingress protection or a hygienic machine design; require the relevant selected-model evidence.
Build the circuit around the task.
These are product starting points for the review, not a pre-engineered machine package.
Product images are source catalog references, including their original labels. Confirm the selected model and interfaces; the images do not establish installation suitability or JEMWON manufacture.

SDA compact cylinders
A compact body for short installation envelopes. Confirm bore, stroke, acting type, mounting faces, rod end and cushioning against the machine drawing.
Review SDA Series
4V directional valves
Match port count, valve positions and the required normal state to the circuit. Confirm the complete valve code, coil supply, flow requirement, exhaust and mounting arrangement.
Review 4V Series
AW filter-regulators
Combined filtration and pressure adjustment at the machine inlet. Review flow at the required pressure, connection size, filtration specification, drain and bowl access.
Review AW Series
PC push-in connectors
Male straight connections for a defined tube and threaded port. Specify tube outside diameter, thread standard, nominal size and the permitted operating conditions.
Review PC Series
PU pneumatic tubing
Flexible air routing between the selected components. Confirm outside and inside diameter, length, bend route, motion and the pressure–temperature conditions for the actual tube.
Review PU SeriesA clear packaging-machine package.
Keep the mechanical sequence and pneumatic connections together before narrowing the model.
Machine and cycle
Task, moving load, orientation, stroke, timing diagram, mounting positions and adjustment envelope.
Valve and control
Pneumatic schematic, valve function and normal state, coil supply, connector and position-signal requirements.
Air and connections
Pressure at the machine, simultaneous demand, air treatment, tube sizes, thread standards and routing space.
Make the selected configuration traceable.
Record the exact cylinder variant, valve code, coil supply, fitting size and tubing grade in the parts list. Use selected-model dimensions and operating information for the actual installation; do not scale a catalog photograph.
