PU Series
Straight tubing in rolls
Straight polyurethane tubing supplied in rolls for pneumatic circuits.

UC Series
Recoil / spiral tubing
Recoil polyurethane hose for moving tools and flexible connections.
No matching series. Try a model prefix or connection shape.
Compare before choosing a size.
Polyurethane tubing suits compact routing and repeated flexing where flexibility is a priority. Choose PU roll tubing for cut-to-length runs or UC recoil tubing for a coiled hose arrangement, then match OD, ID, bend radius and working pressure.
| Series | Supply form | Selection focus |
|---|---|---|
| PU Series | Straight tubing in rolls | OD × ID, working pressure and bend radius |
| UC Series | Recoil / spiral tubing | Retracted and extended length, ends and movement |
Material-specific sizes and conditions.
Pressure values apply only to the stated material, size and temperature. Use the operating value when selecting a line.

Operating and burst pressures are separate values measured at 23°C, in bar. Confirm temperature derating and the tube/fitting assembly. UC recoil-hose ratings require separate confirmation.

Specify this tubing
Size, length and colour are separate listed options. Confirm the required combination and whether length means usable extension, total tube or retracted coil.

Specify the complete tube requirement.
Specify PU or UC, tube OD × ID, colour and length. For recoil hose, distinguish coil size, retracted length and working extension.
Choose roll or recoil form
PU rolls suit fixed routing and cut-to-length assemblies. UC recoil tubing suits tools or moving connections requiring a coil; specify extended and retracted lengths.
Match OD, ID and fitting method
OD determines the push-in connection while ID affects the flow passage. Nut-locking fittings require both diameters and wall thickness.
Use the exact size rating
Different wall thicknesses at the same OD have different ratings. Use operating pressure for service selection; burst pressure is not an operating limit.
Allow the bend radius
Avoid kinks, sharp edges and tension at fitting entries. Provide temperature and movement conditions for pressure and fatigue assessment.
Selection questions.
Can I select by burst pressure?
Use operating pressure for the exact size and temperature. Burst pressure is a destructive-test value and does not establish an allowable continuous pressure.
Does ID matter when OD is identical?
Wall thickness affects pressure capability and flexibility while ID affects flow passage. Specify both diameters.
Does the roll table also rate UC recoil hose?
Select UC by its own diameter, coil geometry, working length and conditions. Confirm the recoil configuration separately from straight roll sizes.
Can the tube rating override a lower fitting rating?
Use the lowest allowable working limit among tubing, fittings, valves and other components at the actual temperature.
